J. Bailey Knight - Principal and Chief Compliance Officer

Bailey is a BHK Principal, Chief Compliance Officer and member of the investment committee. Bailey provides leadership in the firm's business development and client service experience. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1991. Before joining Wachovia Securities in 1999, he was a partner with John Brock & Robby Hazzard at Salomon Smith Barney for three years. His experience includes working as a Certified Public Accountant, and as a commercial loan officer for Amsouth Bancorp, now Regions Bank, a bank holding company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama.
